When I was growing up in the 80s my mum did everything, she worked, cooked, cleaned, travelled, made homemade cakes and stuff and studied for a law degree all this while raising 3, then 4, then 5 children and always seemed to make things work and look like a walk in the park.
Many many years later and it's my turn..(yikes) Mother, student, cook, cleaner general maid to all. I still class myself as a new mum my eldest has just turned 3 the youngest is nearly 2 I'm still learning and every day brings something new to the table.
I'm trying to work out how to balance uni life with being a mother and all of this with trying to be a good partner to my other half without him feeling left out. On top of all of that I don't want to lose sight of who I am and what makes me me.
So join me on my journey of discovery, life's ups and downs and all the mayhem that makes my world go round. I'll try but cant promise that there wont be some endless ranting, some things that might not make sense to you and very possibly myself however what I can promise is that I'll be honest and maybe even a bit funny.
